From December 13th 2024 The EU have imposed new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR).  Whilst I am able to comply with the great majority of the new legislation, there is one sticking point. I do not have an appointed EU Responsible Person (RP) or economic operator BASED in the EU. 

My understanding is that to appoint a representative, it would not be viable for the business. From 1st December, I will be deleting shipping rates for the EU, Northern Ireland and Norway. 

I intend to continue sales: but not the the countries listed in the headline. 

Fearing the long-term post-Brexit worse; I am offering up the business for sale to an EU based manufacturer. 

My proposal is to sell: 

A copy of the hard drive with all the CAD drawings on, in a format to be agreed upon. 

Resin 1st generation casts (from which you may take moulds) for the Pantile Collection, Zeltbahn, Rubble Piles etc (full inventory on request).

STL files for the 3d printed Pantile Roofs with permission to replicate. 

Permission to copy and publish the Charlie Foxtrot Models website images, instructions and tutorials. 

Full IP rights to manufacture and sell the products.
