Based on the 28mm version the 20mm "Ruined House 1" has a number of additional features. Internal walls, a removable 1st floor & roof assembly, exposed brickwork, fireplaces  and plywood shutters make this a highly detailed kit. Plastic capping tiles and a plastic chimney pot is also included to complete the model.
